Tempur-Pedic 2026 July 4th Promo

Customers who make a qualifying mattress purchase during the promotion period will be eligible for reward listed below.

Promotion Period June 16, 2026 – July 7, 2026
Eligible Purchase Any Tempur-Pedic mattress purchase of $2499 or more. The cost of a TSI base can be included in the purchase price, but a Tempur-Pedic mattress must be purchased to qualify; customers purchasing only bases are not eligible for the promotion.

Sealy 2026 Memorial Day Promo

Customers who make a qualifying mattress purchase during the promotion period will be eligible for reward listed below.

Promotion Period May 5, 2026 – June 2, 2026
Eligible Purchase Any Sealy mattress purchase of $999 or more. Both Posturepedic and Royal Retreat are eligible. The cost of a TSI base can be included in the purchase price, but a Sealy mattress must be purchased to qualify; customers purchasing only bases are not eligible for the promotion.

How To Execute SSB Test Rest Promotions

*Promotion dates reflect the national promotion schedule for the mentioned holiday. Eligible models may be subject to change based on new product rollout schedules.

Redemption Process

1. SSB promotions: Upon a qualifying purchase, customer should be directed to scan the QR code on the promo banner. This will give the customer access to the promo details right on their phone without the risk of losing a piece of paper. The QR code will direct them to the redemption process details as well as contact information for Elite Rewards. 

TSI promotions: Customer redemption information can be found under each promotion listed above and in email communications sent to FMG retailers. Contact TSI reps if additional information or resources are needed.

2. As eligible purchases are made, the retailer will enter the eligible customers’ information into the appropriate promotion worksheet. At the conclusion of the promotion, retailer should send two things to FMG as soon as possible:

b. Worksheet with all eligible customers. Please note: Starting with 2024 Memorial Day promotions, you must submit eligible customer names to FMG within 60 days after the end of each promotion. We will provide the cut-off date for each promotion in the opt-in emails, on the dealer worksheets, and in each promotion listing above.

b. Proof of Advertising: You must provide proof of advertising the promotion to your customers. This will be the release mechanism enabling FMG to send your list of eligible customers to Elite Rewards. Please note: Starting with the 2024 Labor Day promotions and going forward, the proof of advertising must be paid advertising. This proof could include, but is not limited to, any of the following: flyer or direct mailer, paid YouTube ad, paid search or display ad on Google/Microsoft, paid or boosted social media ad, network TV or OTT/CTV ad, or billboard ad. We just need to see that you are actively advertising the promotion outside of just the FMG-provided banners in your store. Please reach out if you have questions about this requirement and/or if you need promotional creative assets to use in your advertising.

3. Upon receipt of eligible customer list AND proof of paid advertising, FMG will submit customer info to Elite Rewards for redemption.

4. Elite Rewards will email a voucher code to the customer email address provided in the spreadsheet – it will come from info@selectyourcard.biz OR from info@pick-your-trip.com if the reward is a trip. If no email address was provided, the voucher code will be sent via USPS.

5. The customer will enter the voucher code online to redeem their reward and can contact Elite at customercare@eliterewards.biz with any questions.

General Promotion Guidelines & Restrictions

  • Limit one reward card per voucher.
  • Limit one reward card per household.
  • Offer good only at participating FMG member stores on qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Floor samples and clearance models of the listed eligible models are not eligible for promotions. Only new models are eligible.
  • Prior sales excluded.
  • The purchase of two Twin XL mattresses equates to one King mattress and is eligible for one single reward card through our promotions.

We are now requiring proof of paid advertising the SSB and TSI gift with purchase promotions in order for us to submit your customer lists to Elite Rewards for processing. This proof could include, but is not limited to, any of the following: flyer or direct mailer, paid YouTube ad, paid search or display ad on Google/Microsoft, paid or boosted social media ad, network TV or OTT/CTV ad, or billboard ad.
