Rates are good until February 16, 2027. After that time, reservations will be based on availability and at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

*The above rates are per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. Triple or quadruple occupancy rate is $389 per night, however, children 18 years or younger will stay complimentary in their parent’s room with existing bedding. 

For those attendees that book a room in the official room block over the peak event dates, quoted group room rates will be offered to Group’s attendees, based on contracted room type and rate availability, 2 days before and 3 days after the official event dates. 

Rates are subject to the following fees and taxes: 6% Occupancy Tax Per Night, 6.5% Sales Tax Per Night, $27 Resort Fee Per Night. The daily resort fee of $27.00 includes:

• Complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the resort and public areas for up to 2 devices (excluding meeting space)
• Two (2) bottles of water daily
• Shuttle service to Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs
• 15% off retail products at Waldorf Astoria Spa

Cancellations must be received 5 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of one (1) night room and tax. Early Departure Fee of one (1) night room and tax will be applied if an attendee checks out prior to the scheduled departure date without notifying the hotel at check in.
