* Space is limited, so we make a special request to the furniture suppliers, especially those with a Las Vegas showroom, not to request a table. The tables were originally intended for use by service and product suppliers who were not showing at the Vegas Market. But over the years the use of tables by all vendors has increased significantly. The Symposium is all about networking, and we would rather not increase your cost by becoming an exhibit based event. Whether you have a table for literature or not, you are encouraged to walk around the reception and mingle with the crowd.

If you wish to UPS any handout materials to the hotel prior to arriving, use the following shipping address. Please ship any handout material to yourself at the Caesars Palace. FMG cannot be held responsible to receive any packages and get them to the meeting rooms. Important: Shipments should arrive no soon than three business days before your arrival.
